During this sound and vibratory massage, Himalayan bowls are placed at different places of the dressed body as well as placed in listening
around you.
The use of the shamanic drum will be done by sweeping the body.

COLLECTIVE SOUND BATH
The sound bath is a wonderful journey, an immersion that envelops you and brings you a cleansing of body and mind.
The different instruments played: Tibetan and crystal bowls, chimes, tinshas, drum, rain stick, jaw harp… produce an astonishing feeling of well-being.

Sound vibrations release stress, tension, blockages, they facilitate letting go and communication between our unconscious and subconscious.

It is practiced in a small group (about 10 people) and as for the sound massage, he gets dressed and elongate.
It can also receive sitting or standing according to the needs of the person.
